How does the Harmony IPL Laser Work?
(Most suitable for medium to light skin tones, with medium to dark hair colour)
By emitting light energy, the pigment within the hair follicles absorbs light, which is then converted into heat.  The heat loosens the hair, disables the cells, and destroys the possibility of new hair growth. ZIMMER INTEGRATED COOLING allows your treatments to be safe and comfortable, and can be used on all areas of the body with the exception of eyebrows. 

How does the Sporano XL Ice Laser Work?
(Most suitable for medium to darker skin tones, with medium to dark hair colour)
The system works by gradually heating the skin to the temperature required to damage the hair follicle and prevent regrowth. This gradual heating is achieved by a high frequency of short pulses, whilst the ICE technology (an innovative cooling system, with cooling pumps surrounding the sapphire diode laser) cools the skin on contact, making this a safe and effective treatment for all skin types.

Preparation for Laser is Easy.
You will be asked to shave the treatment area, prior to your session. To ensure a safe & effective treatment, it is extremely important to avoid direct sun exposure, self- tanners and tanning beds 4 weeks prior to treatment. *Clients are advised to inform us in situations where this has not been possible.

What Does The Treatment Regime Look Like?
With both of our Laser Technologies, treatments are conducted every 6 weeks on the body, and every 4 weeks on the face to start. Once significant reduction is acheived, treatments may be spaced out further apart. The number of sessions needed will differ from person to person, but generally a MINIMUM of 6-8 treatments are required for optimum results and permanent hair reduction.
