We have always been serious about our no compromise commitment to Sanitation and Sterilization. Our strict standards not only meet the government regulations but we go beyond them to ensure our guests the most hygienic spa environment in the Durham Region. With the COVID-19 Pandemic, you can be sure we will provide you and the staff with personal protection and new operating procedures.

New Enhanced Covid-19 Best Practices:

1.  Masks: Although masks are not mandatory, our staff are more than happy to wear a mask at your request. Please let us know among booking your appointment if this is something you would prefer.

2. Hand Washing: Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting the spa. Our staff hands are washed for 20 seconds minimum after each client.

3. Do Not Show For Your Reservation: Please call us to cancel your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. If you do not show without calling to cancel your appointment, you will be required to pay for the missed appointment in full before we will re-book your services.

Here are our Best Practices since 1988 and beyond. 

1. Our hands are washed for 20 seconds after each client.

2. We never double dip in our wax pots.

3. Our stainless-steel implements are scrubbed, and soaked for 20 minutes in a High Level, Medical Grade Disinfectant.

4. Our nail files, block buffers and foot files are one-time use.

5. Our linens are always one-time use. They are either disposed of or laundered. Examination paper is placed on all treatments beds where it can be to ensure optimum cleanliness.

6. Manicure Stations and Pedicure Stations are cleaned and sanitized after each client. All laundry is one-time use.

7. Treatment rooms door knobs and electrical switches are disinfected after each client.
